INSURANCE TIPS

We will ask you to verify your current insurance coverage at every visit. If your insurance coverage changes, please have your new insurance cards available at that time. Before each vaccination visit, find out if your insurance plan covers your child’s immunizations. Be sure to notify your employer/ insurance company about any new additions to your family! BILLING INFORMATION

Please bring your most current insurance card when coming to our office to ensure that the insurance information we have on file (i.e. member id, group number, etc.) is correct at the time of service. Your claim processing could be delayed and you could be held financially responsible if the insurance information on file is invalid.

Payment:
We collect your copay at check-in so that you may leave the office immediately following your appointment. This can help with your child’s comfort during sick visits and saves you from having to wait around after your child’s visit.

Payment may be made with cash, check, all Major Credit Cards  and is required at the time services are rendered. Your copay is determined by your insurance card/company, which you should bring with you to each visit.

We may also remind you of any balance on your account at time of your visit, Please do not hesitate to contact the billing department for resolution of an account statement.  Deductibles , Co insurances and Cost shares are due after statement is rendered.
